How to Request Account Deletion
If you decide to end your journey with Purpose and wish to have your account removed, please reach out to us via email.

Subject Line: Please use "Account Deletion Request".
Content: In the body of your email, provide your registered email address or username so that we can locate your account in our systems.

Upon receipt of your request, our dedicated support team will initiate the process of account deletion. This will involve removing your account details and any associated data.

Data Scope: All personal data, settings, preferences, history, and any other user-specific information will be completely wiped from our databases.

Server and Access Logs

Retention Period: For the purpose of security, troubleshooting, and in compliance with our data retention protocols, server and access logs will be retained for a 3-month duration.

Data Type: These logs may contain minimal data like IP addresses, access times, and some generic transaction details.

Post-retention: Once the 3-month period concludes, logs are systematically and permanently removed from our storage systems.

Queries and Support

Response Time: We aim to address all user queries in a timely and efficient manner, typically responding within 48 hours of receipt.
